The Board of Director of Community Children Foundation Under the Royal Patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn realised importance of good governance, risk management, internal control and effective internal audit activities, compliance of laws and regulations and transparency and reliability of report and data disclosure, Consequently, appointed the Audit Committee and defined its roles and responsibilities as audit committee charter.
